What is processed
We process the recording you submit to produce its transcript. Media may be shared with services that perform the transcription. Card details are handled by the payment checkout service. We store purchase references, amounts, job status and a hash of your private access key.
Access and storage
Your result requires both its job ID and private access key. Download the transcript before the returned result deadline. Recordings and results remain for processing and owned cleanup. Unresolved jobs, accounting and payment reconciliation records are retained. The transcription processor receives the recording. We do not allow processors to use customer recordings or transcripts for model training or improvement. We verify this restriction before a service can process recordings.
What to upload
Upload only content you have permission to process. Do not use this service for recordings requiring a special regulatory agreement unless that agreement has been arranged in advance.
